All orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after it has been paid. However, as your satisfaction is our number 1 priority, you can request for a refund or re-shipment if:

  • You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including 2 – 5 days of processing time).
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order did not arrived due to factors within your control (for instance, you have provided the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrived due to circumstances not within the control of (for instance, held by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, etc.).
  • Any other exceptional circumstances not within the control of

However, if you decided that for no reason, you do not want the product after receiving it, you may request for a refund provided the product has not been used and is still in its original packaging, and you must return the product at your own expenses.

Refund requests can be submitted to within 15 days after the guaranteed period of delivery (45 days) has expired. Should your request for a refund be approved, it will be processed and your payment will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product due to the fact that it is not of the correct size etc, you must contact us first and we will advise you on what to do.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
